Roadway improvement work will take place on Castle Pines Drive North (near Gate 1) and Elk Pointe Lane from Monday, August 17, through Saturday, August 22, 2026. We strive to complete all roadwork within the work week, but some roadwork may extend into Saturday. The map below shows the affected roadways.

Roadway Work Information

The District generally uses a mill and overlay process to rehabilitate existing roadways. The existing surface is milled off first, so roads may appear rough or unfinished until the top layer of asphalt is placed later in the week. This is a normal part of the process.

Emergency vehicles will have access at all times, and there will be no interruption to trash pick-up or mail delivery.
