Roadway improvement work will take place on Westchester Circle and Preston Court from Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 10, 2026. The map below shows the affected roadways.

Roadway Work Information

The District generally uses a mill and overlay process to rehabilitate existing roadways. The existing surface is milled off first, so roads may appear rough or unfinished until the top layer of asphalt is placed later in the week. This is a normal part of the process.

Emergency vehicles will have access at all times, and there will be no interruption to trash pick-up or mail delivery.
